By execution of this instrument, buyer ratifies and agrees to the following terms: In the event that the trade account falls into arrears, it may be placed in a "Cash On Delivery Status". At such time, Blue Island Seafood will require a credit card to pay for all deliveries, in full, upon receipt. Otherwise, the account will be placed on CREDIT HOLD until a reasonable plan for addressing the debt can be agreed upon. In the event that there is a default or non payment of any invoice, late charges will be imposed in the amount of 1.5% per month of the unpaid balance. In the event of any suit of proceeding is required to effect the collection of any amount due, attorney’s fees and disbursements equal to 25% of the total amount due will be imposed.
